How to Login to Customer Portal


To use Customer Portal facility, click on My Account button on top right corner of our website. You will be redirected to the login page of self-care facility. Alternatively you may Click Here for Customer Portal Login

You have to first register your account to use the Customer Portal.

Registered User can directly login to the Customer Portal by using Customer Id/ Registered Mobile Number and the password set during the registration process.



Registration Process for Customer Portal


1. If you are new user, then to register for customer portal services, click on link mentioned as - Donít have an account?

2. You have to enter your Set Top Box Number or Smartcard Number and your Registered Mobile Number associated with your connection. Set the password of your choice, confirm the password and submit the form.

3. If the details entered by you match our records, then you will get an OTP (One Time Password) on your Registered Mobile Number. You have to enter the OTP on next screen to complete the registration process.



How to use Customer Portal


1. On login, Customer will see the User Profile. Click on TV Account page to view list of connections and current subscription on existing Set Top Boxes.

2. On TV Account page, click on Add Button against the Set Top Box to add new packs/a-la-carte which are currently not in your subscription. To renew existing packs in advance, click on Renew button

3. On clicking Add button, it will show various options including Base Packs, Add-On Packs and A-la-carte channels available on our platform. Once the selection is done, click on Add button at the bottom.

4. You will see final checkout page which will show selected packs/a-la-carte with the pricing and total cart value. You have to choose the Payment Method (which is PayTM Payment Gateway) & click on Pay Now button.

5. Choose your suitable payment option such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or PayTM wallet to make the payment towards your subscription. On successful payment in our system, your selected packs will be activated automatically. Keep your Set Top Box powered ON
